I'm up working on my final (that was due yesterday, yay for an extension!) and I'm starving. I'm debating on whether or not to go drive and get one
down the street. I'm at school in the 24 hour lab and Fairport Hot's is right down the street......I only wish they had delivery so I wouldnt have to
pack all my shit up.

Isn't it a big breakfast plate? I think diners serve them a lot. It's a combination of eggs, hash brown potatoes, sauteed onions/peppers, meats
(sausage/bacon/ham), and maybe gravy or something?
Not my thing, but people love them apparently. |

i think it all depends on the resturant. try google to get the website of the resturant and see if they have a menu online?

In Rochester its basically a delicacy. It's either burgers, hot dogs, or some other meat with home fries, mac salad, mustard, hot sauce, onions and ketchup
all mixed together. It's ugly to look at but tastes SO good (especially when drunk or hungover)

It depends on what part of Elmwood you go on, I think. I don't particularly enjoy the little artsy freshman kids that stroll around nearby my college all
day

i was down on Elmwood a couple years ago for the Allentown arts festival. It's definately fun to people watch in that area. my mom's work is off of
Elmwood and that isn't bad, but it's got its interesting parts from what i remember.

I don't mind Allentown! The people are very interesting, though. Very unique.

Mmmm, yummy. Just got back. Got a cheeseburger plate with homefries, mac salad, onions and mustard. Ofcourse everyone in the place was just coming from the
bars. I hate drunk girls.

P5 Teacher RN wrote:It sounds gross until you have it. There are different ways you can have it too. You can do your own mix. kaa2229 wrote:It is really not mix together on the plate. Everything is separate on the plate (except the toppings that you choose), at least the places I have gone to include the original place (which is the only place that can legal call it a garbage plate) that came up with it. They only come with hots or ground steak (hamburgers).

There is one on Main St. near UB's South Campus too. I graduated from UB, but never ate a garbage plate...it grossed me out, but then again I didn't
like Jim's Steakout like everyone else did either. Lol.

How was Fairport hots? I've really only go to Empire hots in Webster for garbage plates and a couple local spots near me have them. I like getting the hot
dog hamburger one.
